It’s important to remember that whenever you eat a meat product, you’re eating everything ingested by that animal. Eating foods raised in modern, factory-like settings means ingesting growth hormones, pesticides and a myriad of antibiotics. None of these have any place in your body or in our restaurant. All of our organic and all-natural, free-range meats are grass-fed and pasture raised, giving them a melody of robust, hearty flavors that simply cannot come from animals reared in an industrial feedlot. When an animal is raised in its natural environment, it’s going to taste better. Organically grown fruits and vegetables tend to be juicier, sweeter and riper. Almost everything in our Bareburger restaurants are built from a sustainable and reclaimed material. The tabletops are crafted from trees felled by storms. Our booths are made from recycled, post consumer vinyl. Our ceilings are paneled with reclaimed tin siding from deconstructed barns. Most of our takeout products are made with plant resin or recycled paper products, and all of them (even the bags) are biodegradable.

The Kati roll company started in 2000 with one location in new York's Greenwich village and has since expanded into new York's midtown, both east and west, as well as across the pond into London, England.

All our pastas are made with the best durum wheat using the classic bronze dies that leave the surface of the pasta rough and porous to perfectly absorb our slow cooking sauces. Bustan, meaning “garden” or “orchard” in ancient Aramaic and Hebrew, was dreamed up by proprietor Tuvia Feldman, Chef Efi Nahon and General Manager Guy Goldstein. Evocative of the eclectic style of cuisine from their home nation of Israel, Bustan features contemporary Mediterranean fare using only the freshest ingredients. Chef Efi has carefully composed a menu that speaks to the gastronomic diversity of the region, often including elements from France, Spain, Morocco, Greece, and Turkey, all in the same dish. The kitchen centers on the “taboon”; a giant wood burning oven for baking homemade pita and flatbreads as well as roasting meats, poultry, and especially fish. In addition to Chef Efi’s award winning hummus, the menu boasts such signature dishes as; Taboon Charred Octopus, Whole Heirloom Cauliflower, Homemade Flatbreads, Organic Free Range Chicken with Chicken Foie Gras Merguez, a Taboon Whole Baked Fish, and the Chef’s personal favorite, Lamb Terracotta: a La Boîte spiced lamb kebab with taboon grilled vegetables, tahini and pistachio baked into a flaky bread terracotta.

Grab a seat at the bar and partake of flavorsome fare like toasted Tuscan bread with Nutella, and a delicious seasonal favorite, country sausage stew. Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto is a small neighborhood salumi shop and restaurant located in New York City's Upper West Side, although much like one found on any street corner in Italy. The Rosi family history starts in Parma, Italy, a city famous around the world for its culinary wonders, such as the Prosciutto di Parma and Parmigiano Reggiano. The Salumeria offers an ample variety of salumi, wines and fine Italian produce selected by Parmacotto, to taste on the spot or take away.

Piccola cucina is philip guardione’s gift to New York. After working in lauded restaurants across europe, guardione chose a lovely tree-lined street in Soho to open an intimate restaurant inspired by his homeland of Sicily. Walking into the restaurant is like stepping into a jewel box. The subtle, elegant décor lets the vibrant tastes and colors of the food and wine shimmer and shine. After a few years focused entirely on traditional lunch and dinner menus, the native Italian team at piccola cucina has expanded their hours, converted from a restaurant into an osteria, and refocused their menu. Rather than stop by every so often for a robust meal, the small-plates, seafood focused menu allows for more frequent tastes and sips.
