Butterfield 8

Gato
GATO is Chef Bobby Flay's expression of Mediterranean food, drink, and design. The NoHo location is a 100-year-old building, and GATO is the first restaurant to reside there. GATO combines its NYC roots with a European sensibility and has a casual approach, a bustling environment, and a dedicated passion to its cuisine. The name GATO was inspired by a mysterious orange cat that walked through Mr. Flay's feet on Lafayette Street while he was waiting for a real estate broker to show him the space for the first time. The Writing Room

Cafe Un Deux Trois
Has been located in the heart of Times Square since 1977. We opened when the neighborhood was quite rough, and soon became the spot to stop for dinner and drinks before heading off to Studio 54 and Xenon to dance the night away.We were and still are frequented by American and European theater and film actors, as well as politicians, directors, local New Yorkers and tourists from around the world. You will find many a Broadway cast and crew member hanging out after the show on any given night.We recently had a facelift featuring enormous windows and a new color scheme. The food while still classic bistro fare has expanded to include a variety of sandwiches, burgers and an extensive breakfast. Oscar's Place
Opened in November 2013, a reinvention of its old self (Petite Abeille) Oscar’s is a mix of Belgian and British Cuisine. “The West Village was missing a Classic English Breakfast and a good Fish and Chips”, partner Neil Smith explains in his enchanting English accent. “Chef Crespen’s beer recipe for the batter is nice and light and doesn’t over cook the cod, accompanied with his homemade Tatar Sauce”. The open kitchen gives you the chance to watch the chef prepare your meal and let him know you want the sautéed veggies instead of the fresh mash of the day.

The original Le Pain Quotidien in New York, this store is where our founder Alain Coumont set up shop after taking a leap of faith to introduce his Belgian concept to the United States in 1997. JoJo offers relaxed yet elegant dining on two floors of a quaint, turn-of-the-century brownstone on the Upper East Side. The first of Jean-Georges’ restaurants in New York City, this neighborhood gem opened in 1991 to rave reviews. It was voted best new restaurant of the year by Esquire magazine and has retained its three-star status from the New York Times for 21 years. Regarding the name, JoJo was Chef Jean-Georges’ nickname as a young boy. Jojo is a hospitable setting for a casual dinner, special occasion, or private party. Guests can feel comfortable in jeans or in evening attire. The contemporary French menu still features some well-loved original dishes, including the Warm Valrhona Chocolate Cake.



Bar Americain

David Burke Kitchen
At the entrance, a staircase leads up to the glass-enclosed Treehouse Bar, where guests can enjoy private dinners with handcrafted cocktails and an array of homemade sweet and savory snacks such as Green Circle Chicken Dumplings and Maine Lobster Toast. Downstairs, the 130-seat, loft-like space is divided into a bar and dining room with denim banquettes, a barn roof and a blackened steel bar top. The open kitchen and glass-enclosed wine cave allow guests a peek behind the scenes, while Chef Burke’s theatrical style is reflected in the carving station, where a variety of meats are carved and whole-roasted fish, lobster and casseroles are plated in the center of the dining room.

Rizzos Fine Pizza
Word steadily spread about Rizzo's unique, delicious pizza, catching the attention of some of New York's most prominent and respected food critics, and eventually garnering the esteem of more than five generations of loyal customers. Bareburger
It’s important to remember that whenever you eat a meat product, you’re eating everything ingested by that animal. Eating foods raised in modern, factory-like settings means ingesting growth hormones, pesticides and a myriad of antibiotics. None of these have any place in your body or in our restaurant. All of our organic and all-natural, free-range meats are grass-fed and pasture raised, giving them a melody of robust, hearty flavors that simply cannot come from animals reared in an industrial feedlot. When an animal is raised in its natural environment, it’s going to taste better. Organically grown fruits and vegetables tend to be juicier, sweeter and riper. Almost everything in our Bareburger restaurants are built from a sustainable and reclaimed material. The tabletops are crafted from trees felled by storms. Our booths are made from recycled, post consumer vinyl. Our ceilings are paneled with reclaimed tin siding from deconstructed barns. Most of our takeout products are made with plant resin or recycled paper products, and all of them (even the bags) are biodegradable.
